Astronomy shots. Mainly of a crescent moon accompanied by Venus. I saw this as I was leaving work, but I had to get home to get my tripod (graciously donated by Chris for my crusade). It was lower on the horizon than when I first saw it, but these shots came out ok. Alot of repetition, I know, but the clouds were in different positions, I set different exposuress, etc. So it's not all the same... In some of these shots taken only a few seconds after each other, you can see the moon move lower down the horizon as the clouds move away from it. In any case it was fun :) ** Update ** I added some images from the next day, including a couple long exposure (read: noisy) shots of Ursa Major (the big dipper)).
